General Assembly of Members of the Association of Polish Municipalities of the Glacensis Euroregion on December 1, 2025 at the Metro Hotel

Ladies and Gentlemen,

Today, the General Assembly of the Association of Polish Municipalities of the Glacensis Euroregion took place at the Metro Hotel in Boguszyn. The meeting was attended by mayors, heads of communes, district heads, and representatives of local governments from the Kłodzko, Ząbkowice, Dzierżoniów, Strzelin, and Wałbrzych counties.

The meeting was chaired by Czesław Kręcichwost, President of the Association's Management Board. At the beginning of the meeting, the President welcomed Urszula Karpowicz, the newly elected mayor of Duszniki-Zdrój, to the membership.

Bernadeta Tambor, Director of the SGPEG Office, presented ongoing activities and plans for the coming year, and discussed the status of implementation of the Small Projects Fund in the Glacensis Euroregion under the Interreg Czech Republic–Poland Programme 2021–2027, Priority 2, Objective 2.1 "Better cross-border use of the potential of sustainable tourism for the economic development of the Czech–Polish border region." During the meeting, the budget was approved and the directions of activities for 2026 were determined, which will be a jubilee year – the Glacensis Euroregion will celebrate its 30th anniversary.
