New issue of the Euroregion newsletter published

Dear readers,

We bring you a new – summer issue of our Euroregion newsletter. In this issue, we spoke to the Deputy Governor of the Olomouc Region, Ing. Pavel Jelínek, who gave us an interview on the topic of Czech-Polish relations (pp. 3–4). This year, together with our Polish partner Stowarzyszenie, we are implementing the project “Together we create a Euroregion”. You can read about what the project is about and what activities we have already completed on pages 7–9 and 12. Are you interested in what the Polish side has planned for the construction of the S8 expressway? You can find details on pages 10–11.

Duszniki-Zdrój celebrated the anniversary of its founding – and in a really big way (pp. 13–14). The town of Častolovice organized exchange stays for children from the partner town of Pieszyce as part of the “Friendship without Borders” project. You can read about all the experiences of the children on pages 15–16. Polanica-Zdrój and Radków definitely have a lot to offer – we bring you their news on pages 17–23. The city of Ústí nad Orlicí connects schools, firefighters, seniors and photographers within its cross-border project (more on page 24). The end of the newsletter brings up-to-date information from the Small Projects Fund for both priority axes.
