XI 5 and 10 km Run in Ząbkowice Śląskie and II Nordic Walking Cup

The Ząbkowice Sports and Recreation Center invites all lovers of
running and outdoor activities to participate in the XI edition of the 5 and 10 km Run in Ząbkowice Śląskie and the II Nordic Walking Cup.

This is one of the largest running events in the region, which annually
attracts hundreds of participants from all over Poland. The route runs
through the streets of Ząbkowice Śląskie, and participants can choose a distance
adapted to their abilities - 5 km or 10 km. People who prefer walking with poles
will take part in the Nordic Walking classification.

Start: ul. Powstańców Warszawy (at the height of Orlen): finish line: Rynek
(city center).
